Forgot your password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and type the 6-digit code we send you. Kids: ask your grown-up to set a new password in Settings → Family.

Report a problem or unsafe content

In the app, use Report on any video, comment or profile, or Block anyone who bothers you. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours. For anything urgent, email us too.

Parents: your child's information

You can see, change or delete your child's account any time in Settings → Family. To ask for a copy of your child's information or to have it deleted, email hello@gigglelab.app.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, videos, comments, giggles and follows, and any kid accounts you run.
