Terms of Service
Last updated: November 7, 2026. These are the rules for using GiggleLab, which is run by Rebecca Lewis. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Community Rules.
Who can use GiggleLab
- You must be 13 or older to create your own account.
- Children under 13 may only use GiggleLab through a kid account set up by their parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms for them and is responsible for how the account is used.
- If you are under 18, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Your account
- Give accurate information, keep your password secret, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account. Grown-ups are responsible for the kid accounts they run.
Your videos and posts
- You keep ownership of what you post.
- By posting, you give GiggleLab permission to store, show, and share your content inside the app so it can work (for example, showing your video in the feed or to your crew). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for safety or legal reasons.
- Only post videos you made or have permission to use, and get permission from anyone who appears in them. Don't post other people's private information.
Be kind: things you must not do
- Break our Community Rules or any law.
- Bully, harass, threaten or hate on anyone, or post nudity, sexual content, violence, self-harm encouragement, dangerous challenges, or spam.
- Contact children inappropriately or try to get around the protections on kid accounts.
- Pretend to be someone else, hack or overload the app, or collect other people's information.
Safety and moderation
- GiggleLab has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that breaks these Terms or the Community Rules is removed, and accounts that post it are closed.
- You can report any video, comment or profile, and block people. Our moderators review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these Terms, close the accounts that posted it, and may report illegal content to the authorities. You can also email us at hello@gigglelab.app.
- We try to keep GiggleLab safe, but we can't check everything before it's posted (except kid videos, which their grown-up checks first).
Ads and paid features
- Grown-up accounts may see ads in the future. Kid accounts never will.
- We may offer optional paid features such as GiggleLab Plus. Prices and terms will be shown before you buy, and purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their rules.
Ending your account
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Grown-ups can remove their kid accounts in Settings → Family.
- We may close accounts that break these Terms, or if we stop running GiggleLab (we'd give notice where we can).
The legal bits
- GiggleLab is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
- To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for content other users post, or for indirect losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA.
- We may update these Terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using GiggleLab after that, you accept the new Terms.
- Questions: hello@gigglelab.app.
